The Ultimate Guide to Gifting Safer Skincare
Hi there friends! By now you probably know that Beautycounter has launched its limited edition holiday collection and this year it is FIRE. I haven’t chatted too much about this on social media, but one of my favorite things to do is to continue to create resources that help you navigate the overwhelm when it comes to gifting safer products that are good for the planet. With that in mind I wanted to write up my ultimate guide to gifting safer skincare for the holidays - everything from price points, to people, to DIYing on a budget! I do most of my shopping for others in early November, but I LOVE to start gathering ideas for gifts and making my wish lists now, so that as soon as it's go time, it's as easy as point, click, and add to cart!
The holidays are my FAVORITE time of year, but they're also a time full of activities, lots of go-go-go, and a high potential for stress, so ultimately my goal is to make this an easy and seamless process to have one less thing to stress over! Why Gift Beautycounter this season?
This season, I'm personally focused on purchasing gifts from B-corporations or like minded companies that are focused on what I call "doing the work." Walking the walk, putting their money where their mouths are - I think you get the drift! Luminous Lids Cream Eyeshadow - Do not be afraid of cream eyeshadows!! These are truly the easiest way to apply eyeshadow and you truly don’t even need to know how! These cream eyeshadows are such a hit, and the set comes with 4 colors - Pink, copper, gray and gold. The cost breakdown is that these shadows work out to be approximately $9.75 a piece!
The Jellies Shimmers - TEMPORARILY SOLD OUT (will be restocked once more). This is one of my absolute favorite sets, and a client favorite from last year. You’ll get 5 different jellies in signature scents like Raspberry, Red Pear, Orange Cream, Fresh Mint, and Sweet Plum. The All in One Golden Hour Palette - Another absolute MUST this year, is this incredible palette, which is essentially 6 products in one! You get 4 eyeshadow colors (satin champagne, reflective white, satin ruby, and reflective pink), 1 blush (rosy pink with touch of sheen), and 1 highlighter (warm golden pink). It is also our first launch ever of our new talc-free makeup formulas!
